Is this planner for weight loss?
This isn't really about weight loss, but it might be a side effect from eating differently. In fact, I (Erin) have lost a little weight in the process of figuring out my 'trouble foods.' But my journey isn't about weight loss, it's about feeling better. And part of that could be feeling better in your clothes and your own skin.
Really, this is about finding the right foods that work best for YOUR body. It's about your symptoms and how food affects you. It's about tracking and connecting the dots between food and your health. And it could be about weight loss, should you use the journal and tracking pages to help on that part of this journey.
